Each subscription covers one organisation with unlimited users. Your costs are based on data volume (contacts, deals) and AI usage, not the number of users. This makes it easy for teams to collaborate without worrying about per-seat pricing.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
For soft limits, you'll receive a warning but can continue using the feature. For hard limits, you'll need to upgrade your plan to continue.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 14-day free trial on Starter and Growth monthly plans. If you're not satisfied, you can cancel during the trial period with no charges.
What are the data limits?
Starter plan includes up to 200 contacts and 50 deals. Growth plan includes up to 5,000 contacts and 500 deals. Pro plan includes up to 25,000 contacts and 2,500 deals. You can upgrade anytime if you need more capacity.
What happens during initial data import?
When you first connect your CRM (HubSpot) or email (Gmail), we'll import your existing data. This includes contacts, deals, and emails. AI processing happens automatically to enrich your data - this is included in your plan's monthly AI request allowance.
